Parkland Dedication Study – Terms of Reference

A Park Dedication Study is to be submitted with some development applications as determined by City staff. This study explains how a proposed parkland dedication complies with all City requirements for parkland credits. The Park Dedication Study must be prepared, signed and dated by a Landscape Architect (OALA).
