Request a fire incident report

If you need detailed information about an incident Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services (MFES) responded to, you can request a fire incident report.

To request a fire incident report complete the Fire Incident Report Request Form and email it to fire.administration@mississauga.ca.

You can also print and mail the form to:

How much it costs and how long it takes

A fire incident report costs $112.30 (including HST). If you are emailing your request, please include a phone number where you may be reached for payment when the report is ready.

If you’re mailing your application, include a cheque or money order, made payable to the City of Mississauga.

From the time we receive your form and payment, it can take up to 14 days to process your request.
