Background
M City will be a mixed-use community that will transform the area into a dense urban space that is vibrant, walkable, and livable. The first two towers, M1 and M2, will be 61 storeys while the tallest tower, M3, will reach 81 storeys.
Construction began in 2019 and is occurring in phases. Planning for future phases is also underway.
Key facts
M City is designed to fit into the Downtown21 Master Plan and will be a significant new mixed-use community in the city centre. This community will become the western gateway to Downtown Mississauga and compliment the Absolute Towers at the eastern gateway. The M1 and M2 towers will surpass the tallest buildings in Mississauga, while the M3 tower will be one of the tallest in the GTA at 81 storeys
