In progress Environmental assessment

Credit River Erosion Control behind Kenninghall Boulevard and Plainsman Road

The City of Mississauga is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) Study for erosion control and restoration of the Credit River between Creditview Road and Britannia Road West.

Through its ongoing watercourse monitoring program, the City has identified segments of the river behind Kenninghall Boulevard and Plainsman Road that have been impacted by erosion and are in need of rehabilitation. The study will assess associated risks to infrastructure and properties, and develop remedial options to address any concerns.
