Purchase a qualifying subscription or multi-show package through the saugaLIVE Account Manager to become a saugaLIVE VIP.

How to become a VIP
Purchase tickets to qualifying events and packages to automatically unlock your VIP perks. Qualifying events include:
- City-produced events
- Encore Series
- Mississauga Symphony Orchestra
- Canadian Arabic Orchestra
As a VIP, your tickets will appear gold in your saugaLIVE Account Manager. This will be your proof of VIP status at concession.
VIP status expires at the end of each season in June. To become a VIP again, you must qualify based on the renewal details for the following season.

**Hot beverage refers to one medium-size coffee or tea per saugaLIVE VIP member per show. Redeemable during pre-show on event day (doors open until 30 minutes after qualifying performance start) at Living Arts Centre or Meadowvale Theatre. VIP status applies only to City-produced shows, Encore Series, Mississauga Symphony Orchestra and Canadian Arabic Orchestra events. Hot beverages are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash equivalent. Present your gold-coloured mobile event ticket in the saugaLIVE Account Manager to redeem your hot beverage.
