Lights, Camera, Empowerment!

Lights! Camera! Empowerment! arts performance project is a showcase for the entire community, highlighting the abilities, the diversity, and the passions of individuals with disabilities. DEEN participants worked with an artist, Devika Mathur, to create pieces using various media to create, express and represent their interests, strengths and moods. 

Disability Empowerment Equality Network: Advancing community inclusion by offering culturally and spiritually relevant services for families and individuals living with disabilities. DEEN Support Services is a registered Canadian charity founded by Muslims with Disabilities. DEEN operates a number of programs & services in Mississauga, Ottawa and Scarborough and serves all individuals with disabilities regardless of religion, language and culture.
