These free outdoor classes are led by highly-qualified City of Mississauga fitness instructors at the historic Bradley Museum. Bring your friends and family to enjoy a variety of formats including yoga, flexibility, cardio, and strength training. Everyone is welcome and can choose from exercise options and modifications that are the best fit for you.
Nestled among our heritage houses and wooded areas, this location offers a calming and restorative environment where you are surrounded by nature. This is your opportunity to connect with fitness staff who can answer any questions you may have. While you’re here, we invite you to stay and take in an exhibition at the museum, or enjoy a walk along the nearby trails to Lake Ontario.
Classes are free. No registration, experience or equipment is required, but you may want to bring your own towel and/or yoga mat.
