Proof of vaccination

Mandatory proof of vaccination requirements have been lifted across the province. Businesses and organizations are no longer required to enforce proof of vaccination, but some may choose to continue doing so.

Get your COVID-19 vaccine certificate

If you are asked to show proof of vaccination, you will need to provide the following:

  • Ontario Ministry of Health COVID-19 vaccine certificate or other government issued vaccination record
  • Identification that includes name and birth date, such as health card, driver’s licence or citizenship card. Photo ID is not required

You can download and print your Ontario vaccine certificate from the provincial portal. If you need a printer, visit any Mississauga Library location to print a copy of your vaccine certificate for free.
