The City of Mississauga is proud to announce it has been named one of Forbes’ Best Employers for the sixth consecutive year, ranking in the top 40 Best Employers across Canada. This achievement highlights the City’s strong commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace for employees.
Recognized as a leading Government Services employer in Canada, Mississauga ranked as the top municipality in Canada and placed within the top 10 overall in this sector. This recognition helps emphasize the City’s leadership in municipal governance and sets a new standard for workplace excellence within the public sector.
Forbes partnered with a market research firm to survey more than 40,000 employees from companies and institutions with at least 500 employees in Canada. Rankings are based on various criteria that reflect employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
