Video: Flooding Public Information Session – staff presentation

Watch the City's Flooding Public Information Session to help you learn more about preparing for and preventing future flood damage.

On November 13, the City of Mississauga held a Flooding Public Information Session alongside community partners to help residents prepare for and prevent damage to their homes due to sudden, extreme flooding.

Watch the session, which includes:

  • greetings and a message around extreme flooding and rain from Mayor Carolyn Parrish.
  • staff presentations about  flood preparation, prevention and recovery delivered by the City’s Office of Emergency Management team, as well as the City’s Stormwater team.
