MiWay service changes starting December 23

New 31 Ogden will replace the Ogden Shuttle

The new Route 31 Ogden will replace the temporary Ogden Shuttle. This new route will service Dixie Outlet Mall along Dixie Road, Lakeshore Road and Ogden Road via Long Branch GO Station.

5 Dixie detour routing will become permanent

Due to intersection reconfiguration, the removal of service on Ogden Road for Route 5 Dixie (southbound) will become permanent.

Customers who need to travel along Ogden Road can use the new Route 31 Ogden which will replace the temporary Ogden Shuttle or the Route 5 Dixie (northbound).

Holiday schedule and ride free on New Year’s Eve

Buses will operate on a holiday schedule from December 23, 2024, to January 5, 2025, to ensure that service is aligned with customer demand.

MiWay will also offer free service on New Year’s Eve from 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, to 4 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

The following routes will have extended service until 4 a.m. on New Year’s Eve:

• 3 Bloor
• 5 Dixie
• 7 Airport
• 10 Bristol
• 11 Westwood
• 13 Glen Erin
• 17 Hurontario
• 23 Lakeshore
• 26 Burnhamthorpe
• 61 Mavis
• 66 McLaughlin
