The City of Mississauga is gearing up for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve event on Celebration Square that includes sampling tasty food truck treats, skating on the City’s largest outdoor rink, dancing to live entertainment and witnessing a fabulous fireworks finale.
Don’t think your kids will make it to midnight? Don’t worry. This celebration has it all including an early confetti countdown for the little ones.
Hosts Rebecca Tandon and Mississauga’s own, Scott Willats join the year’s biggest stars and breakthrough artists on the main stage. High-energy performances from Preston Pablo, Rêve, and headliners Banx & Ranx will heat things up and keep the crowd moving all the way to midnight.
The young (and young-at-heart) can ring in the New Year and still make bedtime with a jam-packed hour of family fun. Alongside Spencer from YTV’s The Zone, families can bust a move at the TikTok dance party, watch high-tech magic drawings come to life at the Animation Station and shout Happy New Year under a shower of confetti at 9 p.m. Shhh, no one will know.
