Members of Council must declare any conflict of interest before a matter is considered at a meeting.
When a member of Council has a conflict of interest, they cannot participate in the discussion or influence voting on the matter.
The City maintains a public record of disclosed conflicts of interest in the conflicts registry. You can find the conflict registry from the Council and Committees calendar.
