Family Day in Downtown Mississauga celebrates Music as the heartbeat of our community – from hands on activities at Celebration Square to performances at Living Arts Centre that the whole family will enjoy. Mississauga transforms into your own musical playground, where you can drum, dance, or skate to the beat!
Saturday, February 17 & Sunday, February 18:Â
Celebration Square – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Enjoy musical movies and trivia on the screens, skating on the City’s largest outdoor ice rink and an array of food trucks serving hot drinks & delicious eats!Â

Monday, February 19 (Family Day)
Celebration Square – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Get ready to make some noise with interactive performances and plenty of playful activities!

- 12:00 pm – Storytime by Mississauga Library in the Great Hall
- 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm & 3:00 pm – Interactive Drumming Performance & Parade on the Square
- All Day Long – skating on the ice rink, food trucks, and free colouring sheets, games and live music in the Great Hall
Living Arts Centre – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm:
Just steps away from Celebration Square, visit Living Arts Centre to enjoy a family-friendly interactive music show called SAMAJAM.

Road Closure
Princess Royal Drive will be closed from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Monday, February 19 to ensure that families can safely enjoy programming at both facilities.
