Hazel McCallion Central Library Grand Reopening

Hazel McCallion Central Library is now open and all 5 floors have been transformed to meet the growing needs of our community.

Join us for the official grand opening and explore all newly renovated public space, including the Glass Pavilion, Breezeway and the Noel Ryan Auditorium.

Activities throughout the day include:

• Official Building Tour 1 (9:30 a.m.)
• Jazz Trio Performance in the Atrium (10:00 a.m.)
• Official Ceremony (11:00 a.m)
• Storytime (11:30 a.m.)
• African Drumming Circle Program - 2A Program Room (2:00 p.m.)
• Official Building Tour 2 (2:30 p.m.)
• Storytime (3:30 p.m.)

Plus, visit Community Connections (Level 2) to meet local partner organizations including Achev, Indus, Service Canada, Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre and Metrolinx.

The library will be open from 9 am to 5 pm with opportunities to explore the new spaces and meet library staff members.
