Apply for a grant

Update to 2025 grant eligibility

To better support both new and established grant applicants, the following revisions have been made to the 2025 Arts and Culture and Cultural Festivals and Celebrations grant streams.

New and emerging groups are eligible to apply for up to 65% of their total budget, or a maximum of $20,000, whichever is less.

Established groups are eligible to apply for up to 65% of their total budget, or a maximum of $200,000, whichever is less.

All applications must be submitted through the grants portal by October 11 at 4:30 pm. No late applications will be accepted.

Community Grant

Operating or project-based grants for community groups.
Small Project Matching Grant

Support for community projects or initiative at the neighbourhood level.
Cultural Festivals and Celebrations Grant

Support for arts, heritage, or cultural festivals.
Arts and Culture Grant

Operating grants for arts, culture, or heritage activities.
Culture Projects Grant

Support for temporary, site-specific arts and culture projects that reimagine and activate spaces throughout the City.
Designated Heritage Property Grant

Funding for the conservation, repair, or restoration of a designated heritage property.
Live Music Grant

Funding for the presentation of safe and inclusive live music events to Mississauga residents and visitors.
