COVID-19 update

Last updated on

All libraries are closed

During the stay-at-home order, all libraries will be closed:

  • Access to study space, computers and browsing collections is not available
  • Contactless holds pickup is now available by appointment only at all library locations for your available hold items
  • Drop boxes will remain open at all locations for returns. Returned items will continue to be isolated for a minimum of 24 hours before being checked in

Do not visit any of our library locations unless you have booked an appointment for a contactless pickup or are using a drop box for a return.

Online library resources

The library’s online resources are always available to customers from your home at mississaugalibrary.ca. This includes our collection of digital materials such as eBooks, magazines, audiobooks, movies, music and television shows, as well as research tools for online learning.

If you do not have a Mississauga library card, you can sign up for our virtual card and get instant access to our online collections and resources. If you have questions, you can email us at support.library@mississauga.ca, call 905-615-3500 or fill out the Ask Us form.
