- The $4 card cost is non-refundable.
- MiWay monthly passes are non-refundable.
- ePurse refunds under $50 can be issued at the City Centre Transit Terminal. You can get a refund of the balance by returning your card. All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.
- For an ePurse refund of $50 and above, please contact PRESTO at www.prestocard.ca or 1-8-PRESTO-123.
Cash
Cash fares are non-refundable. MiWay cannot provide change for cash fares.
Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. Paper tickets will not be accepted after December 31, 2020. Special purpose tickets continue to be accepted.
