MiWay Customer Satisfaction Survey

MiWay invites you to provide your feedback during the semi-annual Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Survey!

MiWay strives to make your experience better and your feedback is extremely valuable. The survey will ask you questions about your satisfaction and experiences with riding MiWay. The survey is available for all customers to complete online or in-person from March 20 to April 17, 2023.

MiWay has partnered with Customer Service Professionals Network (CSPN) to administer the CSAT Survey and CSPN survey agents will be facilitating the in-person survey and collecting data on behalf of MiWay.
