MiWay Customer Satisfaction Survey

Your feedback is extremely valuable and MiWay wants to hear from you! Share your thoughts on how we can improve the customer experience.

MiWay has partnered with Experience Advisors (XA) to conduct the semi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey both online and in-person.

The survey will ask you questions about your satisfaction and experiences with using MiWay’s services. The survey is available from April 1 – April 22, 2024.
