New MiWay Fares Booth hours

Starting May 23, the MiWay Fares Booth at the City Centre Transit Terminal will be open from 8 am to 7 pm on weekdays.

The new extended hours will make it easier for customers to access MiWay Fares Booth services during the morning commute. Services include:

• Load funds onto your PRESTO card (cash or debit only)
• Set a fare type on your PRESTO card
• Load monthly passes on your PRESTO card (cash or debit only)
• Ask questions about MiWay fares
• Set up the Affordable Transit Program (ATP) discount onto a PRESTO card for approved participants
• Carassauga passport sales

The MiWay Fares Booth is closed on weekends. However, customers can use one of the self-serve PRESTO reload machines located inside the terminal on the upper and lower levels and outside near Platform H.
