MiWay will increase service frequency on multiple routes, Routes 17, 28, 36 and 103 will be on temporary detour due to construction, Bramalea GO Station and Islington Subway Station will have bus stop relocations and multiple routes will have schedule adjustments to improve service reliability.
More frequent service on high demand routes
Due to increased customer demand, the following routes will have more frequent service.
7 Airport: service frequency will increase on Saturdays and Sundays during the morning, afternoon and evening periods.
- Saturday morning: from every 28 minutes to every 23 minutes.
- Saturday afternoon: from every 29 minutes to every 22 minutes.
- Saturday evening: from every 26 minutes to every 20 minutes.
- Sunday morning: from every 28 minutes to every 23 minutes.
- Sunday afternoon: from every 26 minutes to every 22 minutes.
- Sunday evening: from every 36 minutes to every 20 minutes.
26 Burnhamthorpe: service frequency will increase on weekdays during the morning peak, midday and evening peak periods.
- Morning peak: from every 17 minutes to every 15 minutes.
- Midday: from every 18 minutes to every 16 minutes.
- Evening peak: from every 16 minutes to every 15 minutes.
61 Mavis: service frequency will increase on Saturdays during the afternoon and evening periods.
- Saturday afternoon: from every 17 minutes to every 15 minutes.
- Saturday evening: from every 30 minutes to every 18 minutes.
103 Hurontario Express: service frequency will increase on weekdays during the morning peak and evening peak periods.
- Morning peak: from every 19 minutes to every 16 minutes.
- Evening peak: from every 24 minutes to every 16 minutes.
108 Financial Express: service frequency will increase on weekdays during the morning and evening peak periods.
- Morning peak: trip times shifted to improve service frequencies during the busiest hours of the period.
- Evening peak: two additional trips and trip times shifted to improve service frequencies during the busiest hours of the period.
109 Meadowvale Express: service frequency will increase on weekdays during the morning peak, midday and evening peak periods.
- Morning peak: from every 11 minutes to every 8 minutes in the southbound direction and from every 17 minutes to every 15 minutes in the northbound direction.
- Midday: from every 24 minutes to every 19 minutes.
- Evening peak: from every 11 minutes to every 9 minutes in the northbound direction and from every 17 minutes to every 15 minutes in the southbound direction.
Temporary detours on Routes 17, 28, 36 and 103
Due to construction, the routes below will be on a temporary detour until the construction work is completed. Visit the Service Updates webpage for information about all current detours.
- 17 Hurontario: due to construction at Hurontario Street and Topflight Drive this route is on temporary detour from April 1 to July 31.

- 28 Confederation: due to construction at Trillium Hospital, this route went on temporary detour on March 31.

- 36 Ridgeway: in anticipation of upcoming construction-related closures along The Collegeway, this route will be on temporary detour starting on April 28.

- 103 Hurontario Express: due to construction at Trillium Hospital, this route went on temporary detour on March 31.

Stop relocations at Bramalea GO Station and Islington Subway Station
Bramalea GO Station: Route 51 Tomken will no longer service the on-street stop on Steeles Avenue at Bramalea Road (stop #6020). This route will continue to service Bramalea GO Station at Platform 12.

Islington Subway Station: Due to major construction at the station, the on-street stop for Route 26 Burnhamthorpe at Islington Avenue at Bloor Street West (stop #9000) will be moved to a new location along Bloor Street at the north-west corner of the intersection of Bloor Street and Islington Avenue.

Seasonal post-secondary service reductions
Due to lower customer demand during the summer academic term, the following service reductions will be in effect:
- 44 Mississauga Road: weekday service frequency will be adjusted to 24 minutes from 18 minutes.
- 101A Dundas Express: will not service the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) campus during the summer academic term; customers are encouraged to take Routes 101 Dundas Express, 1C Dundas-Collegeway, 44 Mississauga Road or 110 University Express to/from the UTM campus.
- 110 University Express: weekday service frequency will be reduced to 20 minutes from 12 minutes between the City Centre Transit Terminal and the University of Toronto Mississauga.
- 126 Burnhamthorpe Express: weekday service frequencies will be adjusted to 20 minutes during peak periods from 16 minutes to 17 minutes.
Regular post-secondary service will resume on Tuesday, September 2.
Schedule adjustments
Schedule adjustments will be made on the routes below to improve service reliability as traffic and ridership patterns continue to evolve throughout the city.

- 16 Malton (weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
- 45 Winston Churchill (Saturdays and Sundays)
- 61 Mavis (weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
- 103 Hurontario Express (weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
- 108 Financial Express (weekdays)
- 109 Meadowvale Express (weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
MiWay will make further schedule adjustments as needed to ensure that services remain responsive to customer needs.

Route 71 revised routing
To improve operationally, this route will be modified to use the QEW exit to the West Mall instead of Dundas Street, with no impact to the regular stops for the route.
