Dellwood Park improvements

The City is proposing park improvements to Dellwood Park

Overview

The City is proposing park improvements to Dellwood Park (Ward 1), including a dedicated pickle ball court. Funding by the Government of Canada has been allocated for this project by the Ward 1 Councillor.

The park improvements will include the following features:

  • Sports pad resurfacing
  • Two 3-vs-3 basketball courts
  • New pickle ball court
  • New pathway connection
  • Winter ice rink (natural rink over the basketball courts)

These improvements, expected to be completed in spring 2024, will enhance visitors’ experiences in the park and provide outdoor recreation and fitness opportunities in support of active lifestyles.
