Overview
The City is working with the Region of Peel to check the suitability of converting three retail and commercial sites for residential uses. The sites currently serve as a buffer between heavier employment uses within the City’s employment areas and nearby residential areas.
The evaluation will assess the following:

potential impacts on nearby communities

the continued viability of the surrounding employment area
Public engagement
The City is inviting local community and industry members to provide feedback during the second and third phases of the project.
