Rangeview development master plan
The Rangeview development master plan sets a framework for the redevelopment of the Rangeview industrial area in Lakeview.
The redevelopment of these lands play into the City’s larger vision to reimagine the Lakeview Waterfront area. It also represents the continuation of the work and approvals already done through Lakeview Village.
Planning review
The Rangeview development master plan was first submitted for review in January 2023. It was resubmitted twice, once in October 2023 and July 2024.
The final draft of the plan was presented to the Planning and Development Committee in July and subsequently endorsed by Council on July 31, 2024.

A public meeting for the Rangeview development master plan and impending Official Plan Amendment application was held on July 29, 2024.
Once scheduled, meetings related to future development applications will be posted on the City’s development application public feedback page.
