Mayoral decisions, directives and declarations

The Mayor has special powers under the Strong Mayors, Building Homes Act, 2022. The Mayor is required to exercise these powers for decisions, directives and declarations in writing and make them available to the public subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
