Membership loyalty program & discounts

Your best membership value just got even better. When you renew your 12 month membership, you’ll receive 1 month free. This offer applies to 12 month memberships purchased online or in person. You must have held a 12 month membership within the previous 30 days. This benefit will be automatically added to the end of your renewed membership. Discounted and Swim group memberships are not included. This offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for any other services, promotions or products offered by the City.

Family discount

A 10% discount is available for 2 or more family members living in the same residence. Each family member will receive the discount when memberships are purchased at the same time. The family discount is not applicable to the Swim Membership and can’t be combined with a corporate discount.

Corporate discount

A 20% discount on adult memberships is available for qualifying organizations. An eligible organization must maintain 10 active members. The corporate discount is not combinable with the family discount. For more information on corporate memberships please contact any community centre.

If you are not satisfied or need to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time with no administration fee. Discounts and loyalty program are subject to change.
