Fun Swim

An unstructured recreational swim for all ages. Swim Admission Standards apply for this swim.

Lane Swim

A structured swim for continuous 25-metre lap swimming. Pools are divided to allow for a circular pattern while swimming. Lane division will be based on the pace of the swimmers. Swimmers need to be comfortable in deep water and are required to swim continuously within the lane. Swimmers may be required to complete a swim test. Swim Admission Standards apply for this swim.

Adult Leisure

An unstructured swim for those looking to exercise, socialize or relax in the water. This swim is open to persons 16 years of age and older. Lap swimming within the therapy pools may not be permitted based on attendance and size of pool to ensure the safety of patrons. Please check with the lifeguard staff on site if permitted during your swim.

Lane and Leisure Swim

A structured swim open to persons 8 years of age and older with designated lanes for both lap swimming and unstructured water exercise. This swim is best for those looking to build their endurance and fitness. A minimum of one lane will be dedicated to lap swimming and one dedicated to water exercise. Lane division will be based on the pace of the swimmers. Swim Admission Standards apply for this swim.

Sensory Friendly Swim

An unstructured recreational swim for all ages. This program would benefit those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, or those with medical need. No diagnosis is required. We offer no music or whistles (unless essential) and quiet changerooms. If necessary, participants should wear proper swim diapers or a garment that restricts leakage around the waist and legs. Swim Admission Standards apply for this swim.

Our swimming lessons are for all ages and levels of ability and include practice in technique, stroke development, and endurance. They are available as group lessons, small class sizes, and private lessons.

Programs like Aquafitness, Aqua Cycle, and Water Running help improve stamina, endurance, and muscle strength while reducing stress on joints. All classes include options to work out at your own level.

Warm water activities for those recovering from an injury, living with a chronic condition, or needing gentle, effective exercise. Personal training is also available.

Programs like Life-Saving Sport, Skills, and Drills, Fitness Swimmer and Citi Swim help improve physical fitness, stamina, and strength.

These programs include first aid, lifeguard and instructor training, designed to develop skills in lifesaving techniques, teamwork, and leadership.
