‘Sauga Stroke Breakers (SSB) is a program that gives stroke survivors the chance to work on improving their mobility and independence. It focuses on therapeutic, recreational, and social activities that support the needs of each participant.
Through the City of Mississauga, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities, with the option to choose from land or water sessions.

Participants will also need to provide their own lunch and arrange their own transportation to and from the program location.
A meet and greet with an intake interview, facility tour, and opportunity to ask questions will be scheduled with program staff. Once complete participants may register online or in person at Mississauga Valley Community Centre.
