Vulnerable Person Registry form

Individuals added to the Vulnerable Person Registry will receive special assistance from the Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services (MFES) firefighters during an emergency.

To register yourself or a vulnerable person, use the form provided below. If you’re unable to register online, you can obtain a form from the City by dialling 311 (905-615-4311 outside City limits).
