Create or change your tax PIN

A tax Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a unique number issued to property owners that allows you to view your property tax information online.

To create a tax PIN you’ll need your customer number which you can find on the top-right corner of your most recent tax bill.

If you own more than one property, you’ll need to create a separate PIN for each of your properties.

Can’t find your customer number

If you don’t have your tax bill or statement to find your customer number, you can contact 311 or email tax@mississauga.ca and your customer number will be mailed to the address on file within five business days.

Forgotten your tax PIN

If you’ve forgotten your tax PIN, you can create a new one. You’ll need your customer number which you can find on the top-right corner of your most recent tax bill.
