Change an in-person dispute appointment

You can dispute penalty notices for parking and by-law violations through an in-person appointment. If you need to change your scheduled appointment, visit the Ontario Court of Justice in person:

950 Burnhamthorpe Road West
Mississauga, ON L5C 3B4
Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays): 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you reschedule your appointment, your new appointment date won’t be reflected online.

You can still pay your ticket up until the date and time of your in-person dispute. When your ticket is paid, the appointment will be cancelled.

  • Late payment fee of $25.00
  • Ministry of Transportation search fee of $10.00

If these fees are not paid, your vehicle permit renewal will be denied and you’ll have to pay an additional plate denial fee of $20.00.

If you fail to attend your in-person dispute for a by-law violation ticket, you’ll have to pay your original fine as well as additional fees:

  • Screening non-appearance fee of $50.00
