Pay a parking ticket

If you’ve been issued a parking ticket in the City of Mississauga, you can pay it online, in person or by mail.

P parking tickets are penalty notices issued for parking violations in the City of Mississauga. They have a ticket number beginning with the letter P.

An administrative fee of $1.50 applies to online payments.

In person

Bring your parking ticket to the Ontario Court of Justice at 950 Burnhamthorpe Road West. We’re open Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays), from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You can pay your fine with cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard or Amex. We don’t accept cheques for P parking ticket payments.


By mail

Write the ticket number on the front of a cheque or money order payable to The Corporation of the City of Mississauga. Mail payment to:

We must receive payment on or before your ticket’s due date, or late fees will apply. Don’t send cash by mail. We won’t accept post-dated cheques or payments by instalments.


Paying or disputing a penalty notice

M parking tickets are parking infraction notices issued at Toronto Pearson Airport. They have a ticket number beginning with the letter M.

In person

If you can’t find your ticket

If your ticket isn’t appearing in the system, check back regularly to make sure you pay your ticket by the due date. Also make sure you’ve selected the correct ticket type: P tickets or M tickets.

Handwritten tickets may take up to 5 business days from the issue date to appear in the system. You can usually pay all other parking tickets within minutes of issue.

Late payments

If you don’t pay and haven’t disputed your ticket by the due date, you will be charged late fees. You won’t be able to renew your licence plate validation sticker or get new licence plates until all outstanding fees are paid. You must pay defaulted fines at a Service Ontario location.
